Does this tape leave adhesive residue on the model?

No, as long as it is removed within a reasonable time. Tamiya's low aggressiveness adhesive is formulated not to leave marks on painted surfaces or plastic. It is advisable not to leave it stuck for days under direct sunlight or intense heat.

Can it be used on irregular or textured surfaces?

Yes, although on very textured surfaces the edge sealing may not be perfect. In those cases, additional sealing with a diluted varnish before painting helps to prevent bleed-through.

Does this reference include a dispenser?

No. The reference TA87208 is the version without a dispenser. If you need the dispenser, Tamiya sells it separately.

Which painting technique does it work best with?

It works very well with both airbrush and fine brush. With an airbrush, the result is especially clean, as the air pressure distributes the paint evenly without applying mechanical pressure on the tape.

Can I reuse it?
