2. Object of the Contract and Scope of Application

The main purpose of these GTC is the sale of slot products (cars, spare parts, professional controllers, circuits), diecast (scales 1/8 to 1/64), and related items. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these conditions and our Privacy Policy.

3. Purchase Process

To place an order, one must be of legal age and follow the steps indicated on the website. The confirmation of the order constitutes the formalisation of the sales contract by the purchasing party.

4. Price and Payment Method

Prices include the legally applicable VAT. Accepted payment methods are:

• Credit Card: Managed in a secure environment. Ministry of Hobby does not have access to card data or passwords.
  

• Bizum: Instant and secure payment.
  

• PayPal: Available for national and international territory. The price shown when selecting this method is the standard of the platform. 

Note: Payments by Card, Bizum, or Bank Transfer enjoy an optimised fee (discount equivalent to management costs) by reducing the operational costs of the transaction, while PayPal will add a 3.2% management fee.

• Bank Transfer: The order will be shipped after receiving the full amount. The order will be cancelled after 3 calendar days without receiving payment. automatically.
  
  

5. Shipping and Delivery Times

Ministry of Hobby is an exclusively online sales store. Collection at the warehouse is allowed by selecting the "In-store Pickup" option and scheduling an appointment in advance.

Shipping costs will be detailed during the purchase process and will be borne by the purchaser, except in specific promotions. These may include a fixed cost and a variable component based on the weight or total amount of your order.

• Free Shipping: This will apply to most items for orders over €99 to Spain and mainland Portugal. 
  

• Recommendation: To optimise your costs, we suggest consolidating all items into a single order, as we cannot group or combine the shipping of two separate orders. Each order managed separately will incur individual shipping costs.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and countries outside the European Union, customs fees, local taxes (IGIC, IPSI), and import duties are not included and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.

5.3 Delivery Times

Delivery times are counted from the confirmation of payment. They are indicative; delays do not imply the cancellation of the order nor give the right to compensation.

6. Product Warranty

6.1 Legal Warranty

We are liable for non-conformities for three (3) years from the delivery of the new product.

6.2 Manufacturer's Warranty

Ministry of Hobby will facilitate the management of warranties with manufacturers, acting as an intermediary to expedite the repair or replacement process.

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from natural wear and tear from use, electrical accidents, user modifications, or improper use.

7. Return and Withdrawal Policy

7.1 Procedure

14 calendar days from delivery. The product must be in its original condition, with packaging and labeling intact. It is essential to contact customer service before any shipment.

7.2 Collection Management and Shipping Costs

• Returns attributable to Ministry of Hobby: In the case of a defective product, incorrect item, or error in the preparation of the shipment, Ministry of Hobby will manage and send Nacex to collect from the specified address at no cost to the purchaser. Once the item is received and verified in our warehouse, a full refund will be processed.
  

• Other returns: If the reason is outside our responsibility (e.g., change of mind), the cost of the return will be borne by the purchasing party. Ministry of Hobby will also manage the collection via Nacex for your convenience, deducting the cost of this service from the final refund.

7.3 Refund

It will be made within 3 working days after verifying the product, using the same original payment system.

8. Modification of Conditions

Ministry of Hobby reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The conditions in force at the time of order formalisation will always apply.

9. Terms and Conditions of the 20th Anniversary Avant Slot Promotion 2026

To participate in the promotion "Your model number 15 for free", the following rules will apply:

Validity period: The promotion is valid for purchases made between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026, both inclusive.

Countable models: To reach the goal, 14 units of complete assembled cars from the Avant Slot brand must be purchased. These units must correspond to different models or decorations. Repeated units of the same reference or decoration will not count towards the gift.

Truck equivalence: Given the special nature of Avant Slot trucks, the purchase of one truck unit will count as two car units for the purposes of the promotion count.

Unique User: The promotion is personal and non-transferable. All purchases must be made by a single user registered in our database to be counted cumulatively. Including as an exception the generic user of our associated clubs.

The Gift (Unit 15): * Once the acquisition of the 14 units (or their equivalent with trucks) is completed, the customer will have the right to choose a 15th unit as a gift.

Important: The gift car must be a model from the Avant Slot catalogue available in stock. Under no circumstances will a truck be delivered as the gift unit (no. 15).

Availability: The gift is subject to stock availability at the time of completing the promotion. A future model cannot be reserved with this gift.

Exclusions: This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discount coupons, or special liquidations, unless otherwise specified.

Ministry of Hobby reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion in case of stock shortages or incidents in the supply chain. In the event of any unforeseen logistical circumstances beyond our control that prevent the delivery of the promotional gift, Ministry of Hobby commits to making the relevant communication.
