Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours after payment confirmation. These times may extend during special campaigns (such as Christmas, Black Friday, or sales) or holiday periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs cover packaging, handling, and shipping fees. These may include a fixed cost and a variable component based on the weight or total amount of your order.

Recommendation: To optimise your costs, we suggest consolidating all items into a single order, as we cannot group or combine the shipping of two separate orders. Each order managed separately will incur individual shipping costs.

Shipping Damage

• Transport Responsibility: Once the package leaves our premises, the adherence to deadlines and its integrity depend on the courier company. We recommend checking the package upon receipt and noting any discrepancies on the courier's delivery note.

• Self-Pickup Option: If you prefer to use your own courier service with customised insurance, we offer the possibility to coordinate pickup directly from our warehouse. Please contact us before finalising your order to manage this option and provide the package dimensions.

Return Policy for Defects

If your product has a manufacturing defect, it is essential that you send us clear photographs of the defect on the same day you receive the package.

No return or exchange requests for defects will be accepted after 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
